Selected Work

Systems that hold up after handoff.

Two kinds of work, shown the same way: what the problem was, what got built, and something you can open and check for yourself.

Professional Skills Training: contact lifecycle automation

Automation

Every inquiry, payment, signature and certificate tracked end to end, with no manual bookkeeping between stages.

A course business loses money in the gaps: an inquiry nobody answers, a signed agreement nobody notices, a student who finished but never received a certificate. This system closes those gaps. One board holds one row per person, and nine automations move that row forward only when the person actually does something, matching people by email so nobody is duplicated and nobody is pushed backward. Access to course material is held until a signed agreement is on file, not released at payment. Every automation reports its own failures to a separate alerts channel, proven under a genuine credential outage rather than assumed.

The Professional Skills Training system is a portfolio demonstration built to interview standard, not a live client deployment. The person followed through the walkthrough is a fictional persona used to teach the lifecycle, and no real customer data appears anywhere in it.

Kenny Hydro

Website

An interactive site whose whole job is turning visitors into followers, for a creator with nothing to sell yet.

Kenny is a hands on hydroponics grower and a new content creator. There is no merch and no storefront, so the site has one job: show that he knows the subject and send people to his channels. Rather than describing his expertise, the site hands it to the visitor. Each scene is a WebGL grow you actually operate, flipping on the lights to wake a plant up, or zooming into the roots and sending a gust of wind through the leaves. The last scene is the call to action, linking straight out to his YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.
